Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, where it's kept, and your rights — written to be read, not scrolled past. Effective July 17, 2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into this site yourself:
- Free assessment
- Your six answers — age group, monthly income, primary goal, savings capacity, dependents, and current coverage — plus your name, email address, and mobile number if you choose to give one.
- Clarity Call booking
- Your name, email address, chosen time slot, and optionally your mobile number and the topic you'd like to discuss.
- Messages
- Whatever you choose to send me through WhatsApp, Messenger, or email.
No advertising trackers, no analytics profiles, no data bought from anyone. The only things stored in your browser are your light/dark theme choice and a flag so the free-guide popup doesn't repeat.
What it's used for
Computing and emailing you your Gap Report, confirming and holding your booking, and replying when you contact me. That's the whole list. Your details are never sold, rented, swapped, or added to third-party marketing lists — and I don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Assessment and booking records are stored in a locked database (Supabase) that only the site's own server — and I — can read. The website runs on Vercel; report emails are delivered via Resend from report@talktoadrian.com; bookings sync to Google Calendar. Each provider processes only what's needed for its job.
How long I keep it
For as long as it's useful for advising you. If you never become a client, records are simply dormant lead data — and you can have them erased at any time (see below).
Your rights (Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173)
You may ask, anytime, to:
- See
- A copy of everything stored about you.
- Fix
- Anything that was recorded incorrectly.
- Delete
- Your records, completely — no questions asked, no retention tricks.
One message does it: email plukadrianbeltran@gmail.com or WhatsApp +63 916 422 0514. I respond personally. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission — that's your right under the law.
